Katrina has 18+ years of experience as a strategy, transformation & leadership consultant across media and financial services industries. She bring extensive experience leading transformational programs, strategic initiatives, and operational implementations.
In her M&E consulting, Katrina has worked with major studios to define their next generation digital media supply chain needs. These transformation projects have included media sales and distribution systems, OTT platforms and other critical digital supply chain tools. In these projects, she has helped identify the strategic vision, business models, content strategy, and technology roadmap across both domestic and global markets. This includes working with both operational teams and C-suite stakeholders.
Katrina has worked at Accenture and Cognizant. She is graduate of Yale and has an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business.
